5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package appears lost or stuck, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a wrong address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please record a video while opening the parcel and notify us immediately.
We will assist with replacements or resolutions based on our warranty & return policy.
