- Accessories (Adapters, Cables, Remotes): 6 Months
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunction under normal use
- Component failure due to internal issues
- Driver or software support for officially shipped OS
- Physical damage, cracks, or broken ports
- Liquid damage or burn marks
- Damage due to wrong power supply or voltage fluctuation
- Unauthorized repairs or modification
- Damage caused by software/virus or third-party apps
- Normal wear and tear
- Missing serial number or tampered sticker
Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty request, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Register a Complaint

Step 3: Repair / Replacement
If repair is required:
- Customer must send the device to our service centre
- Processing time: 3–7 working days
If replacement is issued:
- A refurbished or new unit may be provided based on availability
- Warranty of the replacement unit continues from the original purchase date
