    Warranty Coverage

    Our products are covered under a standard warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.


    Warranty Duration

    • Mini PCs / Thin Clients/ Desktop / AIO / Monitors: 1 Year Standard
    • Accessories (Adapters, Cables, Remotes): 6 Months


    What is Covered
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Hardware malfunction under normal use
    • Component failure due to internal issues
    • Driver or software support for officially shipped OS
    What is NOT Covered
    • Physical damage, cracks, or broken ports
    • Liquid damage or burn marks
    • Damage due to wrong power supply or voltage fluctuation
    • Unauthorized repairs or modification
    • Damage caused by software/virus or third-party apps
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Missing serial number or tampered sticker

    Warranty Claim Process

    To raise a warranty request, please follow the steps below:


    Step 1: Register a Complaint

    Provide the following:

    • Product model
    • Serial number
    • Purchase date
    • Problem description
    • Photos or video of the issue


    Step 2: Remote Diagnosis

    Our technical team will:

    • Check the issue remotely
    • Provide troubleshooting steps
    • Decide if the device needs replacement or repair


    Step 3: Repair / Replacement

    If repair is required:

    • Customer must send the device to our service centre
    • Processing time: 3–7 working days

    If replacement is issued:

    • A refurbished or new unit may be provided based on availability
    • Warranty of the replacement unit continues from the original purchase date

    Customer Responsibilities

    • Keep the invoice or purchase proof
    • Ensure the serial number sticker is intact
    • Follow installation & usage guidelines
    • Provide accurate issue details for faster processing

    Shipping Policy for Warranty

    • Customer sends product to service center: Customer bears courier charges
    • We return repaired product to customer: We bear courier charges

    Warranty Void Conditions

    Warranty becomes void if:

    • Serial number is removed/tampered
    • Product is physically or electrically damaged
    • Unauthorized repair attempts are made
    • Product is used with incompatible accessories or power adapters

    Liability Limitation

    The company is not responsible for:

    • Data loss
    • Business losses due to device downtime
    • Any indirect or consequential damage

    The warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the product only.
